As an environmental scientist and marine conservationist, I value sustainability in all aspects of my travels. the 18th Avenue Thermal Motel impressed me with its unique feature - a Hot Thermal Pool nestled in a natural setting, reflecting a commitment to preserving the environment. the spacious outdoor grass area, complete with a landscaped garden and seating areas, provided a serene retreat to unwind after a day of exploring Tauranga's stunning surroundings. the motel's clean and comfortable rooms, coupled with attentive housekeeping services, ensured a relaxing experience for me and my companions. the Quantum Vis eatery's vast selection of café food and drinks was a delightful surprise, catering to different tastes and preferences. The motel's convenient location, just 10 km from Tauranga, made it easy for us to access the city's attractions, including the renowned Mt Maunganui summit with its breathtaking views. the friendly staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, making our stay truly memorable.
